At second half of 7:18, another rider runs across the road to get back on the bus After it left him.īe prepared to be treated like cattle. He gets in and she still spews rage at us as we just silently sit. Either second half of 7:17 but definitely before 7:18 is over, my boyfriend runs back. Yells the entire whole as I just silently walk to my seat to get my stuff. I hadn’t even reached my seat yet before she accused that. I asked if I could be let off and she started yelling that I not “play games” with her about taking long getting my stuff. She said she was leaving, shutting the door. The riders who had ordered ahead of me in line had just returned at 7:16, so he should be back any second. Like at least 8 other riders, I ordered Burger King. During a Sept 8 4:30 bus from DC to NYC, we stopped for a break from 7:02-7:17. We will definitively never travel with this company again. The wifi didn’t work on the bus, nor do the power sockets. After this horrible speech, during which we were told that we were not allowed to talk, laugh, or drink on the bus (and were repeated several times how the stewardess had had a busy day and did not wish to be disturbed), we set out. However, the stewardess gave a several-minute arrogant speech into the microphone that made us all feel like little children. An incredibly unpleasant stewardess who was shouting at another passenger just because he was talking to his fellow passenger (he wasn't even talking loudly, we couldn't hear him at all). We had already bought our evening tickets back to NY, so we arrived well in advance to the station. So we ended up taking another line to DC (MegaBus - highly recommend). Although we were late, the bus was still there, but when the driver saw us, he didn't let us in and just drove off. We missed the bus in the morning, but it was our mistake, as we arrived at the platform 2 minutes late. Where to start… We were supposed to go with Petr Pan twice today - this morning from NY to Washington and back in the evening. If you hit the enter button and realize you've made a mistake, too bad! Pull out your old Bonanza Bus Line policy and DO BETTER, PETER PAN! Lastly, Peter Pan really needs to change its policy on refunds. And would it be too much to ask that the person making the announcements speaks in a clear, concise voice so you're not straining to understand what the heck he is saying? He sounded exactly like the bus station voice you hear it sitcoms that is all garbled. Really? Also, the bus terminal in Providence needs to be spruced up as it in less than favorable condition. We would have had to go to Hyannisport from Logan first and then to Providence which would take five hours or so. Other than that, there was really no timely bus route for our return on a Sunday. The best I can say about it is that it did get us to Logan Airport from Providence on time for our flight to Dublin. Well, the Peter Pan people obviously didn't learn from Bonanza as the service of this Bus Line as well as it's app and website leave very much to be desired. I remember when Peter Pan was Bonanza Bus Line here in Rhode Island, and it was run very well. If you have another way to travel AVOID Peter Pan. The drivers were nice, but the buses were dirty and on one bus none of the outlets worked and on another half didn't. Really? I would wish I could get away with that, but it wouldn't happen because I care about customer service and it's clear that Peter Pan doesn't. (I can't get roundtrip tickets because you can't switch times without paying a hefty fee, and it only goes to Provincetown twice a day, at times that don't relate to any arrival that I can see.) I contacted customer support about these problems and was promptly responded to with a copied list of its policies, which basically says it's not responsible for anything. From NYC to Barnstable (if I waited for a Provincetown bus it would have been hours), the bus got a flat tire in Hartford and we had to switch buses, $86 ticket. From Provincetown to NYC the bus broke down and we were stuck on a highway for more than an hour, that was a $68 ticket. Peter Pan bus lines takes zero responsibility for anything that might happen.
